Pierre Lanfranchi, Chair of Copenhagen's Local Advisory Committee welcomes participants of the EAGE Annual 2018:

We have now only a few weeks left until the event, and the final shape of our conference is now pretty well defined. Indeed, the various workgroups of the Local Advisory Committee have been working hard to deliver a “Scandinavian flavour” to the different components of the overall program.

During the opening session, we shall address the role of the E&P industry in this energy transition period driven by the 2015 Paris Agreement. Organisations involved in this transition will be represented on the floor and will confront their vision, share their challenges and reveal their roadmaps.
