Travel Grants for the EAGE Annual 2019
To support its community, EAGE offers a number of Travel Grants to those submitting to the EAGE Annual 2019. Kindly be informed that the travel grant application for our Annual Conference has been closed. The deadline was 31 January 2019.
For those who have applied, the results will be announce in March / Early April to your email address which you had submitted in the form.
PACE & Student Travel Grant
The programme supports individual geoscientists to participate actively in our events, including the EAGE Annual 2019.
In order to qualify for PACE financial support, please take the following criteria into consideration:
- Only presenters of accepted oral and/or poster presentations who cannot obtain financial support given by their university/institute or other resources will be eligible to receive a grant
- A person will only be considered for a financial support once every two years
- Only EAGE members will be eligible to receive a grant. To renew your membership please click here Renew membership
Before applying, you should have a submission in place for the Technical Programme of EAGE's Annual Conference 2019 in London.
Only applications received through the online form will be accepted for consideration. You are allowed to submit only one application.
The application will close on 31 January 2019 (GMT+1). Applications received after the deadlines will not be considered.
In order to have access to the PACE registration area you need to be an EAGE member.
Students intending to attend the EAGE Annual 2019 may be able to avail of a Student Travel Grant. The Student Fund dedicates itself to support a number of student activities to encourage students to participate in the EAGE Annual 2019, and travel grant funding is one of them.
