EAGE cannot guarantee delivery by standard or priority airmail services. EAGE will replace lost or damaged shipments free of charge only if the order was shipped by a traceable express shipment service.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties associated with their shipment. Customs requirements and fees vary by country and EAGE cannot estimate these for you. Customs clearance for shipped goods is the sole responsibility of the customer.
